I agree. I would add hunting rights and mitigation of the environment to make transient life easier. Right now the environment has become so degraded that its actually hard to live off the land. It'll probably take generations to return to that for even a size-able minority of people.

I think making homelessness easier while giving all those who want a home one, would make our society so much better
