I am a huge fan of Noun Project (its $4 a month). I pay for it, and use its icons to add to existing images. I am also a huge fan of Figma (its free) to make adjustments to public images.

IP law does make this whole situation difficult though. People want to sue us for articles that earn like $2. Its frustrating.
